    "Lee asked on Wednesday if I could send you a quick email about our experiences of their management service. Apologies for the delay... hopefully it isn't too late!

    We moved management in April 2009 when our previous management company gave us ONE days notice to terminate our management agreement. They cited being "no longer able to maintain the high standards we had come to expect but it turned out the business was being downsizing for personal reasons.

    It is fair to say we had a few reservations at first about appointing a new management company while we were so far away in the UK. Especially given how our previous one - who had managed us for over 8 years - had behaved! Looking back this was a very positive move and we are pleased with the management of our property.

    We have been a OrlandoVillas4U client for over 5 years and in that time our bookings have steadily increased and the house has continued to be maintained to our high standards. The owners are always readily contactable by email and phone and they make a point of calling us every once in a while to update us on the house and check how we are getting on."

    "We own a condominium in Davenport, after researching a number of firms including one management firm that is a part of our condo association we made our decision. From our very first encounter we found that Lee his staff to be extremely helpful as we were newbies to the Florida Rental experience. They made recommedations on necessary modifications to our unit to make it rental attractive and we have not found a single item that they recommended we add to the unit that have not proven useful both for them and ourselves. They have created an excellent web site and our unit appeared there in a timely manner.

    As far as getting our place rented in the year and a half we have been using them, they have far exceeded our rental expectations to the extent that we have not found enough vacant days available that would meet our personal needs for a winter break. (Minnesota residents) Our success is their success and that is enough motivation for me.

    Victoria and Lee set up all the accounts with the state for rental tax purposes and they handle all of those transactions. In addition they have provided monthly statements of all rental income and expenses as well as an end of year summary which was very useful in completing our state and federal taxes which I personally do. I find them to be very honest and trustworthy and would highly recommend them. If we acquire additional properties in the Orlando area we would not hesitate to use them for rental management.

    Finally, owning a rental property ceases to be attractive to me if we have to handle a multitude of rental issues. They must do an excellent job because the issues that come to our attention are few and far between."

    "My wife and I own a 5 bedroom home in Davenport, The Big Fish Vacation Villa as listed on the Orlandovillas4u website. We had a disappointing experience with our previous property manager and since the switch the management of our vacation home has become a pleasure. Lee and Victoria in short have been great - from dealing with the business aspects of the rental as well as the personal service associated with the guests. They always provide the service they promise and are there to personally deal with issues if/when they arise, whether it is coordinating contractors for maintenance or dealing with guests who are staying at our home. Our experience has been that either Lee or Victoria will go out to the villa and personally deal with the guest to resolve the issue. To quote a recent guest who had some problems with the AC in our home 'You have wonderful people representing you down there'. We were concerned that this guest would be disappointed (particularly over the temporary AC issue) but after speaking with the guest and hearing their praise for the way they handled their troubles we were put at ease.

    In summary, our experience has been very positive with regards to the level of service (and the additional rentals that they put into our house)"
